Zeller+Gmelin Expands NUVAFLEX Portfolio

Zeller+Gmelin North America announced its newest flexographic ink innovation—the NUVAFLEX 171 UV/LED ink series. 

This new addition to the NUVAFLEX product line is designed for demanding narrow web flexo applications, delivering fast cure rates, excellent adhesion, and strong color.

Zeller+Gmelin will highlight the new series at LOUPE Americas 2026. Taking place in Chicago September 15–17, attendees are invited to stop by Zeller+Gmelin’s booth #911 to discuss their application needs with ink specialists and learn more about the new ink formulas.

Zeller+Gmelin’s NUVAFLEX product line offers high-performance ink solutions for applications on labels, IML, flexible packaging, shrink sleeves, and challenging low-surface-energy substrates. 

The new 171 Series is ideal for high-speed label and narrow web converters struggling with adhesion, consistency, and vibrancy, at scale. Process colors, extended color gamut, mixing bases, metallics, opaque whites, and dense blacks are available in the new product line.
